🔹If matting is present, grooming requires more time and care, so the cost may increase by ₴200–400.
🔹For the comfort and health of all our clients, we cannot accept pets with fleas. If you notice this issue, we recommend addressing it with proper preventive treatment first.
🔹We reserve the right to refuse service or stop the procedure if the animal's behavior is aggressive, uncontrolled, or poses a threat to the health of the groomer or the animal itself.

🔹In cases where the procedure has to be stopped early due to strong aggression, the cost of the service is paid in full - as compensation for the time, preparation and work of the master. Thank you for your understanding: such situations are rare, but require clear regulations for the safety of all participants in the process.
🔹If a client repeatedly cancels appointments, we reserve the right to request a partial prepayment for the next booking. This helps to effectively plan the work of the masters, avoid downtime and not deny other clients the opportunity to get a procedure.
